Yoga Teacher Training System
Our teaching methods derived from the pure and genuine Indian Yoga System. It has its roots in Raja / Ashtanga Yoga (Spirit), Hatha Yoga (Body), Karma Yoga (Path of Action), Jnana Yoga (Path of Knowledge) and Bhakti Yoga (Path of Devotion). We don’t understand Yoga as sole body motion (Asanas). Asanas are only the beginning. Our method is the entire journey.
