The course contains Asana, Pranayama, Mudra, Bandha, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Shatkarmas, Mantra and further traditional and modern Yoga techniques. Our method derives from the pure and genuine Yoga system. This training gives all students the chance to discover the Yoga Teacher within themselves.

Our keywords are: Understand, Experience and Explore. That is why from the first day we focus on seeing ourselves as Teachers.

The Dr Mishra Academy teacher training in Bremen is particularly characterized by the fact that it draws on the diversity of yoga. The integrated approach of the training imparted in addition to the in-depth knowledge of the different paths of Yoga (Hatha, Bhakti, Karma, Jnana, Nada Kriya, Kundalini, Raja) an intensive examination of the yoga teaching in the context of western demands and needs. Selected guest lecturers accompany the training weekends according to the thematic focus.

Yoga Training System

Our teaching methods are derived from the pure and genuine Indian Yoga System. It has its roots in Raja / Ashtanga Yoga (Spirit), Hatha Yoga (Body), Karma Yoga (Path of Action), Jnana Yoga (Path of Knowledge) and Bhakti Yoga (Path of Devotion). We don’t understand Yoga as sole body motion (Asanas). Asanas are only the beginning. Our method is the entire journey.
